Myonghi Kang: Ciel Terre 

Myonghi Kang: Ciel Terre at the TAG Museum in Qingdao, will open from April 26, 2023 to July 2023. The comprehensive solo exhibition features around 90 works, including rarely seen early works from the 1960s to 80s, and recent monumental canvases, that invite visitors to be immersed in the power of nature. For over five decades, the artist has continuously sought new ways to represent nature on paper and canvas in a practice that involves painting, poetry as well as philosophy. The exhibition captures Myonghi’s exploration of the relationship between heaven and earth, the balance between material and spiritual, and the search for an atmospheric harmony in nature.
